Operated robotic diamond dressing plant

The new robotic diamond dressing plant is operational.

An important step to improve the quality of our products and customer service.

Here are the results obtained:

• excellent deposit quality and uniformity in the distribution of the diamond on the grinding wheel supports;
• drastic reduction of processing times;
• reduction in the number of direct contacts of the operator with chemicals;
• reduction of the consumption of dangerous and polluting chemical products;
• reduction of energy consumption per unit of product.

The robotic production island was created with the contribution of the “Programma operativo del Fondo europeo di sviluppo regionale (Por Fesr) 2014-2020 of Regione Emilia-Romagna”.
